Returns

    • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Products purchased under discounts or offers (unless defective)

Refunds

    • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
    • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Service-Based Refunds

    • Payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has started.
    • No refunds for delays caused due to client-side approvals or information delay.

Shipping Costs

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
